Martina Mazzei graduated in Law, cum laude, from Roma Tre University of Rome, with a thesis in Civil Procedural Law titled “The Judge’s Power to Interpret the Legal Claim” (supervisor: Professor Antonio Carratta), which was awarded as the best thesis in Civil Procedural Law for the academic year 2016-2017.
She obtained her license to practice as a lawyer in 2020, and was awarded the “Marco Ubertini” prize, promoted by the National Bar Council (CNF), for having achieved the highest score in the 2019 bar examination session.
Since 2021, she has been registered with the Rome Bar Association.
From 2022 to 2024, she was part of the Office for the Trial at the General Secretariat of the Council of State, where she prepared decision support memos, in-depth legal analyses, and thematic reviews across various areas of administrative law, including building regulations, urban planning, immigration, and citizenship.
In December 2024, she earned a Ph.D. in Civil Procedural Law from Sapienza University of Rome with highest honors, defending a dissertation titled “The Correlation Between the Relief Sought and the Decision Rendered.”
Since 2025, she has been collaborating with the law firm S&P, where she works in the fields of civil and administrative litigation.
