Martina Maria Pagano

Martina Maria Pagano obtained her master’s degree in Law from the University of Milan in October 2023, with a thesis in European Union Law titled “The European Union Regulation on Foreign Subsidies: Analysis and Reflections on Competition Law,” obtaining a final mark of 110/110 cum laude.

Since October 2024, she has been pursuing a PHD in Public, International and European Law, with a curriculum in European Union Law, at the University of Milan.

Martina Pagano is currently registered as a Trainee Lawyer with the Bar Association of Lecce (LE).

As of December 2024, she has been collaborating with the S&P Law Firm, where she focuses on litigation matters related to human rights before the European Court of Human Rights and other international judicial and quasi-judicial oversight bodies, as well as on immigration, asylum, and citizenship matters.
