Lorenzo Raguzzoni Luiz is registered with the Roll of Established Lawyers of Rome, the Portuguese Bar Association, and the Brazilian Bar Association.
From 2010 to 2012, he was a trainee for a judge before the Court of Justice of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), where he conducted legal research and drafted draft judgments, receiving a commendable evaluation with the following comment: “He performed his duties with extreme efficiency and unlimited dedication to his work”. Subsequently, until 2015, he worked at the same court in criminal conciliation.
In 2015, he graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio Grande (Brazil). In 2016, he obtained a specialization in Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law from the IMED Higher Education Institute (Brazil).
From 2017 to 2020, he worked as an assistant to another judge at the same court, where, in addition to preparing draft judgments, he managed a team and developed strategies aimed at improving the efficiency of judicial performance.
After moving to Italy in 2021, and following a collaboration with another law firm, he has been working with the S&P Law Firm since 2023, primarily focusing on litigation in the field of citizenship law.
