Claudia Maria Malfer graduated with a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Trento in March 2022, discussing a dissertation with a multidisciplinary approach in European Union Law and Criminal Procedure entitled “The Dialogue between the European Court of Human Rights and National Law. Flexibility of the criminal res iudicata, European revision and other remedies in a perspective of greater protection of fundamental rights”, with the score of 110/110 cum Laude.

She is currently enrolled in the Register of the Trainee-Lawyers of the Rome Bar Association.

After a first experience of legal practice at a law firm dealing mainly with civil and criminal law, law of persons, children and families, since February 2023 she has been collaborating with Studio S&P, within which she carries out her activity in the field of international law, human rights and criminal law, following, in particular, the litigation before the European Court of Human Rights.

She deals, among other things, with issues of extradition, European arrest warrants and judicial cooperation.

She has an excellent knowledge of English and French and a fair knowledge of German.
