Beatrice Distort

Beatrice is a member of the Rome Bar Association.

In 2018, she obtained her law degree cum laude from the University “Cattolica del Sacro Cuore” of Milan, with a dissertation on “Cooperation with Senegal against human trafficking and smuggling. Profiles of International Law and International Protection of Human Rights“.

Beatrice joined S&P in April 2019.

Her practice is mainly in the field of human rights litigation before the European Court of Human Rights and other international courts, with a strong expertise in immigration, asylum and citizenship areas.

She is a member of the Association for Juridical Studies on Immigration (ASGI)

Her working languages are English and French.
