Alice Quaranta graduated in Law from LUISS Guido Carli in July 2024, discussing a thesis in International Criminal Law entitled ‘The Contextual Element in War Crimes’, with the final grade of 110/110 cum laude with special mention.
She is enrolled in the Register of Practising Lawyers of the Bar Association of Rome.
She carried out a study visit at the European Court of Human Rights, dealing with the verification of the admissibility of applications brought against Italy.
She is a PhD student in International Law at the University of Naples Federico II.
Since May 2024, she has been working with S&P Law Firm, mainly in the field of international law, following human rights litigation before the European Court of Human Rights
In particular, she deals with issues relating to environmental protection, interference with the right to respect for private and family life, the protection of property rights, compliance with fair trial guarantees in civil proceedings, and judicial cooperation in criminal matters.
