To this end, we support the creation of awards for young scholars in the field who have distinguished themselves during their university or postgraduate studies. In addition, Saccucci & Partners periodically offers scholarships to financially support the most deserving students in pursuing specialized postgraduate education abroad.

The international law firm Saccucci & Partners (S&P) promotes and financially supports selected initiatives of particular merit that fall within its key areas of practice, especially those aimed at young individuals.

The competition consists of a simulation of a fictional dispute between States before the International Court of Justice. Each team, composed of 2 to 5 students enrolled at the same university, is required to prepare written memorials and to orally argue the case on behalf of both parties before a panel of three judges, who will evaluate the participants’ advocacy skills and knowledge of international law.

The Italian rounds of the 2015 edition of the competition were hosted by the Second University of Naples and took place from February 26 to 28, 2015. The winning team, which will compete in the final rounds in New York, was from the University of Turin.

Public and private entities interested in requesting sponsorship from Saccucci & Partners in the areas of human rights, international law, or health and pharmaceutical law are invited to submit a request.
