Techniques of Legal Argumentation in the Drafting of Criminal Procedural Documents
The course, organized by the School of Specialization for the Legal Professions “E. Redenti” at the University of Bologna, aims to raise the level of training of practicing legal professionals in the drafting of legal documents characterized by the highest degree of complexity (appeals, appeals to the Court of Cassation, applications to the European Court of Human Rights, referrals for preliminary rulings to the Court of Justice of the European Union, and questions of constitutional illegitimacy). The course is therefore intended for lawyers and practicing legal professionals (graduates in legal disciplines engaged in forensic training programs, UPP staff, and legal trainees) involved in the drafting and analysis of this type of documents. The teaching staff also includes Prof. Andrea Saccucci.
