S&P has a solid experience in providing legal representation and assistance in complex multijurisdictional and international disputes. Our team represents individuals and foreign and domestic companies before national and international courts, as well as in arbitration proceedings before a wide range of arbitral bodies. Our multilingual team works in tandem with local firms to provide resolution to disputes throughout Europe, with a particular focus on the Balkan Region.
Professor Saccucci has acted as party-appointed arbitrator in several domestic arbitrations.

Andrea Saccucci is Associate Professor at Università degli Studi della Campania "Luigi Vanvitelli" and other members of our team hold PhDs and advanced degrees in International Law, and regularly lecture at Italian universities.
