Saccucci & Partners is an internationally-oriented and multi-disciplinary firm based on a project of Professor Andrea Saccucci. Giulia Borgna and Matteo Magnano are co-founding partners.

In particular, Saccucci & Partners has forged an outstanding reputation in human rights litigation before international courts (including the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union), quasi-judicial bodies (including the UN Human Rights Committee), as well as before domestic courts, including higher courts (Supreme Court of Cassation, Constitutional Court and Council of State).
