S&P launches the Strasbourg Case-Law Bulletin

S&P law firm is pleased to present a new initiative dedicated to professionals, practitioners and scholars: the Strasbourg Case-Law Bulletin, a clear, accessible and regularly updated research tool designed to facilitate the monitoring and analysis of Convention case law.

“Latest from the European Court of Human Rights” provides a concise summary of all the rulings delivered by the ECtHR on applications brought against Italy during the reference month, simplifying their consultation.

The Bulletin distinguishes between different types of rulings (judgments, inadmissibility decisions, strike-out decisions, cases referred to the Grand Chamber and communicated cases) and offers, for each, a brief summary highlighting the key elements: subject matter of the application, content of the decision, outcome of the proceedings and any notable remarks.

The Bulletin is published in the “News” section of the firm’s website (https://www.saccuccipartners.com/en/) at the end of the month following the reference period, in order to include all decisions adopted during that timeframe, thereby ensuring accurate and up-to-date monitoring.

To mark the launch of the initiative, the Bulletins from June to December 2025 will be published simultaneously.
